As a young girl I loved my Easy Bake Oven. From that I developed a love for cooking and a passion for pastries. I began playing softball at age 5 and by age 8 I was a natural at pitching, fastpitch softball. As a Senior in High School, I signed on a softball scholarship pitching for Northeast College, where they also had a Culinary Arts Program. While at Northeast I was on the Academic Honor Roll and had the wonderful opportunity to be in a Food Network Commercial for Northeast promoting the Culinary program. In addition, the Dean of the Culinary program notified me of the NEWLY developed Pastry Chef Degree program at Collin College and gave me the opportunity to transition to that program as he was the Dean and helped establish Collin College's program.
After transferring to Collin College I received my degree as Pastry Chef in 2012 through the Pastry Arts of Applied Science program and also hold a double certification in Culinary and Pastry's. In addition, I am certified with the state of Texas as a Certified Food Handler.
As a young women and entrepreneur, I am thrilled to have the opportunity of owning my own Pastry business and not just bringing smiles to those who enjoy our creations but, being a part of creating beautiful memories for families, friends, and loved ones to enjoy!
